What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charge varies depending on the seller.
Sellers face higher shipping costs for low-value items. To help cover these logistics expenses, a nominal delivery charge may be applied. Please review your order summary for specific details regarding delivery charges for each product. For Products listed as diamondmaker, a Rs 40 charge for delivery per item may be applied if the order value is less than Rs 500. While, orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free.
Why isn't the delivery date consistent with the X-Y business days timeline?
The discrepancy in delivery dates may arise due to holidays observed by the Seller or our courier partners between the day you placed your order and the estimated delivery date mentioned on the product page. In such cases, an additional day is added to the estimated delivery timeline. Please note that some courier partners and Sellers do not operate on Sundays, which is taken into account while calculating the delivery dates.
What is the expected delivery timeframe?
Sellers typically procure and ship items within the specified timeframe mentioned on the product page. This timeframe excludes public holidays and Sundays.
The estimated delivery time depends on several factors:
• The Seller offering the product
• Availability of the product with the Seller
• Destination where the order is to be shipped and the Seller's location
Are there any additional costs (such as sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on diamondmaker? There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on diamondmaker. The list prices displayed are final and inclusive of all costs. The price you see on the product page is the total amount you will pay.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are not hidden and are based on the Seller's shipping policy.
What factors contribute to the variation in estimated delivery times among sellers?
You might have observed different estimated delivery times from various sellers offering the product you're interested in. These delivery times can vary due to factors such as product availability, the seller's geographic location, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your area.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page to check whether delivery is available in your area. If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to determine serviceability.
The ability to ship to your location depends on:
• Whether the Seller ships to your specific area
• Any legal restrictions that may apply to shipping certain products to your location
• The availability of reliable courier partners in your area
Please note that Sellers may choose not to ship to certain locations at their discretion.
Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not available in my location?
The availability of CoD depends on our courier partner's ability to accept cash payments at the time of delivery in your area. Courier partners have specific limits on the cash amount that can be collected upon delivery, which may vary based on the destination and your order value. Please enter your pincode on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are hassle-free. Contact Us to start the return process. Once initiated, you will receive a call detailing the next steps.
Whenever possible, Ekart Logistics or delhivery surface will arrange for the item to be picked up. If Ekart or delhivery is unable to facilitate the pick-up, you can return the item using a third-party courier service. Return fees are covered by the Seller.
I didn't receive my order, but I received a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
If you haven't received your order despite receiving a delivery confirmation email/SMS, please report this issue within 7 days from the date of the delivery confirmation so that the seller can investigate.
What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?
'In Stock':
'In Stock': Items listed as "In Stock" will display delivery times based on your location's pincode. Typically, delivery ranges from 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days, or 4-6 business days in areas served by standard courier services. For other regions, orders will be dispatched via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
'Available': The Seller does not currently have the item in stock but can procure it upon receiving an order. Delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement and shipping times to your location.
'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming': These items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked. The item will be shipped on its official release day and is expected to reach you within 2 to 6 business days. Preorder durations vary for different items, and the exact release date is specified (e.g., 5th May, August 3rd week).
'Out of Stock': Currently, the item is unavailable for sale. You can use the 'Notify Me' feature to receive a notification when it becomes available for purchase.
'Imported': These items need to be sourced from outside India by Sellers. They are marked as 'Imported' on the product page and may take at least 10 days or more for delivery.
'Back In Stock Soon': This popular item is temporarily sold out. You can 'book' an order for the product, and it will be shipped as per the Seller's specified timelines.
'Temporarily Unavailable': The product is currently out of stock and cannot be purchased. However, it may become available again soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to receive updates on its availability.
'Permanently Discontinued': This product is no longer available as it has become obsolete or its production has been discontinued.
'Out of Print': This product is no longer available for purchase because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
Does diamondmaker deliver internationally?
Currently, diamondmaker does not offer international delivery services. You can place orders on our website using credit/debit cards issued in India. However, please note that deliveries can only be made to addresses within India.
